Gridrock was formed in 2009 doing business in the Phoenix and Kansas City metro areas. Gridrock acquires property from motivated sellers of various sources. We focus on entry-level single-family homes. We acquire homes that have been repossessed or put to auction, as well as direct from homeowners and other investors. Not every repossessed home is a good deal to buy. We have a strict selection process of which properties we buy rehab and resale to landlords or homeowners, as well as which properties we buy to wholesale to other rehabbers and investors. Although the chosen exit strategy depends on many factors, every property supports a solid profit margin.
